Upload your smart meter data and we'll compare your usage against a wide range of tariffs — from standard single-rate plans to Economy 7, Time of Use, and Octopus dynamic pricing.

How It Works

  1. Upload your readings — export your half-hourly data from your energy supplier's app or connect your Bright smart meter app for automatic nightly syncing.
  2. We run the comparison — your actual usage is applied to each tariff's rates for your DNO region to calculate what you would have paid.
  3. See the results — a ranked breakdown of costs by tariff, including monthly analysis, so you can identify the best deal for your consumption pattern.

Important Limitations

Comparison results are estimates only, based on the tariff rates and meter reading data available at the time. They do not account for future rate changes, standing charges may vary, and results should not be treated as financial advice. Always verify rates directly with the supplier before making any switching decision.

We do not switch your supplier on your behalf. Any supplier referral links on the site may result in us receiving a referral fee, but this does not influence the comparison results.

We take your privacy seriously. Your meter reading data is used solely to run comparisons on your behalf and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
